With national austerity cuts hitting the investment policies of housing associations everybody is looking at opportunities in Europe.
Global Habitat has extensive experience in applying for European grants. In the summer of 2013 the budget of the EU for the period 2014-2020 has been greed by the member States. Now the EU is drafting the final programmes of all policies. There will certainly be a number of possibilities for European housing associations to apply for grants. Global Habitat will monitor the possibilities and introduce these to its wide client base.
